Not reaching the peaks as she did in past projects for me, but damn this feels like sun on your face.
While lyrically I think this LP is great, most of the production or delivery were things I've heard before.
Progressive metalcore? They never once mention seizing the means of production for your fellow man.
Some cool moments but I stopped being into metalcore and djent when I was 19.
I don't think it's even that mid, her last project is such a mountain to surpass. Lots of songs that felt unfinished.
Still, if any nepo baby had to be in the music game I'm happy WILLOW is one of them.

I really enjoyed a lot of his last LP. I think The Yips had some really strong and powerful moments. I find that Petey's choruses and end of song build ups are so fun and layered. So many small cringey lyrical moments delivered in that quivering , hootin' n' hollering style. It gives me a feeling of trying too hard to be deep.
