This album pretty much sounds like an old 50s noir crime film. Like the titular detective is looking for clues or is chasing the suspect down a dark alleyway with a gun clenched in his hand ready to use it. There are also some moments that sound like it was straight up taken from a crime scene. Like some of the more slower-paced songs on this album almost feel like and old weegee photograph. I would also like to compliment the saxophone solos as well. They add a lot of color to the music which is why the saxophone is one of my favorite sounding instruments. The bass-lines in the background also add impact to the already fast-paced songs and the ... read more
The first track is great but the second one is just boring
