pt 4 genuinely made me cry, this is such a beautiful record. RIP nujabes.
shifting from chromakopia to this is kind of wild, this album is just slaps back to back, i mean he even says "number one: body movement. no sitting still." and he is in fact right, i was dancing mostly the entire album. tyler giving us an album within a year of each other is such a treat.
i started listening to quadeca earlier this year with scrapyard and my friend put me on to him, i am so glad he did because genuinely how is this guy a youtube rapper? this album sounds so lush and so beautiful it's insane. quadeca is a wonderful artist and i hope to hear more music from him soon, i loved every moment this album had to offer, amazing work quadeca.
this albums fucks, i already loved the first alfredo. hearing this being almost, if not, the same quality as the first one is truly a sight to behold. alchemist and freddie are truly an unstoppable duo and i hope to hear more in the future from these two.

60 -> 30
um... nevermind, honestly i kind of expected this. the more i listen to this album, the more i hear its flaws and terrible mixings. there are still a couple of songs i find great, but they wouldn't hit my playlist, this is somehow worse than vultures 1. surely he doesn't mess up vultures 3... right?
original review:
well it's here, 5 months later... and it's alright and better than vultures 1, i don't hate it, but i'm not a huge fan neither, ... read more

ngl i came back to this album less and less, its hard to listen to this album considering the kind of person kanye is currently, the only songs i come back to multiple times are back to me (for the freddie verse and the instrumental) and burn, its really unfortunate how things turned out.
original review:
though kanye has been a problematic person recently, this album was... good, not great, just good. despite the number of delays and whatnot, i still somewhat enjoyed this ... read more
... i have no words for what i just listened to. this album is the equivalent of trying to escape a dark maze that has no exit, trying to escape hell but you just cant, and just being stuck. i need a moment.

serious review:
woah its finally out? "quaranta" is danny brown's long-awaited sequel to his successful predecessor "XXX" (or 30). at first i expected for that same type of energy from that album but instead, i am met with some very somber lyrics and instrumentals. there are some serious tones here and there but also bangers. quaranta at it's best is a great album from one of my favorite rappers and is defintely worth the wait, i wish ... read more
