- RATING AND REVIEW ONLY FOR SONGS ADDED ON THE DELUXE -
Yet again solid songs that compliment the original album nicely. A lot of it sounds too similar though and I hope that for his next project, he works on differentiating the sounds between songs
An absolute typhoon of an album that nobody but Kanye West could have made
I listened to JESUS IS KING by Kanye West whilst on a run, and on the route there is a hill that I always struggle to reach the top whilst running all the way, so I always stop and walk and then run and then stop. But when I listened to this album, I ran up that hill without walking or stopping once. Ran all the way. Took small tiny steps and ran up that hill like it was no big deal. This album made me reflect, and made me think and appreciate in a whole new way. I think I listened to this when ... read more
I heavily respect and enjoy how different this album sounds compared to the vast majority of other projects coming out now. Whilst some parts do make me cringe a little, I quite enjoyed how neatly wild and creative it is.
A short and unapologetically rusty album that has many good ideas that lack thorough execution
This song made me feel something that I haven’t felt before that’s all I will say
Kinda annoying it’s not bad but it’s not especially good either Young Thug had the best part
Hot take but I literally almost went to sleep last third was borderline unbearable I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry
Lowkey very good and atmospheric, with good back and fourths from SPELLLING and Jean Dawson.
Was trying to look for something to listen to and decided to give this a spin and I really enjoyed it! Cobrah has such a strong and powerful kind of voice making for an immense prescience and gravitas, being able to flawlessly carry the thirty minutes on her own like it’s nothing. Great record and I hope to hear more of her in the future.
Whilst I do respect and like how they went for a more rap-centric and industrial sort of sound for this new comeback album, it is just so all over the place and fails to find a solid structure or wall to lean on, ending up in a sloppy and untidy project that, while having some highlights like FYA and Merry Go Round, songs like 2.0 and Aliens are quite bland and all over the place.
PS: No way they tried to sneak a 1:38 “song” that is legit a no. 29 bell and then silence for a minute ... read more
I ACTUALLY CAN’T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THIS MUSIC IS π
Never heard of Tiffany Day before but saw it was a “Must Hear Album” and it seems like the type of music that I might like so I gave it a listen and wow, she has got a new fan. 13 tracks, 36 minutes a whirlwind of electro greatness. Time flies by so quickly and I am so so happy that I listened to this album and I am now going to be checking out anything and everything she puts out wow I can’t believe how good that was ... read more
I love the calming and playful sound that Malcom Todd brings on this mixtape, but as the project goes on, I find it progressively gets worse and worse, sagging and getting a bit annoying and repetitive for me. I think as solo songs they are very good and enjoyable, but has a whole mixtape and from what I’ve heard from him so far, Malcom has some work to do on variability in my opinion. But as a debut, I think it is a very strong start to a promising career.

Every single added song compliments the original album so well, playing to his strengths whilst also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
