kinda disappointing after 1 and a half years :/
Lil Yachty returns nearly 2 years after the release of his album "Nuthin' 2 Prove". I have always had a soft spot for Lil Yachty, Lil Boat 1 gives me major vibes and nostalgia from years ago, and I surprisingly love Teenage Emotions. On Lil Boat 3, Yachty has a good mix of melodic bangers and minimal hard trap beats. Smallie Biggs’ final album is a concept filled modern masterpiece. We Blew Up features chaotic production as well as slow, melodic ballads. Compared to Canadian N***a and Bigg Boy, We Blew Up has a more bare bones minimal approach. However this leaves more room for more energetic tracks such as Double Agent, Escarpment, and I’m Out. We Blew Up brings a great closure to the era of Smallie Biggs.
