I'm surprised to say but this album lowkey might be one of their best works.
I gotta say I was really excited to try this album out mostly because of the silly cat guy on the cover. I mean who could blame me it's a great cover!! Oddly mysterious yet humorous in the same time and it just looks fucking awesome. Hell they made stickers of the cat, shirts of the cat, pins of the cat, patches of the cat, THEY MADE A FUCKING PLUSHIE OF THE CAT. I think WE yes WE all love the cat no matter ... read more
Officially starting a Duster streak ig
Alright, idk why I've recently been in such a mood for Duster. I don't know where it came from but I'm glad it did. Alright I've already listened to "Stratosphere" long ago and recently "Transmission, Flux" and "Apex, Trance-Like" so the next best place to continue is obviously "Contemporary Movement". One of their most iconic albums alongside "Stratosphere" and the album that made me ... read more
It's almost like a lost transmission…
Yet another great Duster EP!! Last review, I randomly tried out their EP "Transmission, Flux" and was going to move on to "Apex, Trance-Like" on the same day cuz of some interruptions going on in my personal life. Good thing I managed to finish this at school and relistened to it again shortly at home.
So how's this EP? Fucking awesome of course I mean this is fucking Duster we are talking about and this only has 2 ... read more
I need to do a Duster deep dive so bad I fucking love this band
Idk why I randomly decided to just listen to this EP. It's very short so why not?
This EP is pretty damn good. I mean it's Duster come on.
The sound on this record is a lot noisier yet a lot lonelier than something like "Stratosphere" which felt distant yet also comforting. This felt a whole lot lonelier with a vaguer sense of comfort as if there is almost none of it.
It's pretty damn cool but the only ... read more
Listened to this at school earlier today
Okay, usually listening to albums at school is NOT a good idea. You'd get interrupted very frequently which disrupts the album's flow, it's noisy which doesn't make it all that peaceful to listen to the album but under some certain circumstances with absolutely all free time and no interruptions it would be a fucking fantastic place to listen to an album especially if it fucking hits and fits the vibe. Vibes go hard.
So during my ... read more

I think I fucking love Evangelion
Holy shit Evangelion has really grown on me a lot since I last saw it. Hell, even my little brother decided to tap into it since he found Evangelion very interesting from when me and my little sister @FellowClownKa would binge ... read more

Recently, I've finished watching all of Evangelion (excluding the Rebuild series and Death (True)² ) and of course I brought my youngest sister @FellowClownKa along with me to torture.

Mid Impala
Alright so today it seems like Tame Impala released a new album after 5 years. If you know me, Tame Impala is one of the most important artists to me and one of my personal favourites so a new album from him is something that I'd be hyped for…but I'm not.
Ever since this album got announced, I just didn't have high hopes for this album at all. From the singles, this record was destined to be Tame Impala's downfall and that'd be right.
Tame ... read more
Managed to finish to this on Wednesday I think while I was at school during exam week.
Alright It's been quite a bit. I was mostly busy with this week's exams which as of writing this I just finished my final exam for this last semester. Before each exam starts, there is usually an "intermission" sort of segment where we do absolutely nothing. Each day there is always 2 exams at the start of the day and literally nothing else after that except today (Friday) where ... read more
Holy beautiful cover art
Okay yet again picking something off my listen list and this time it's Dream Pop artist Temachii's "flora maniia" !! I forgot how I found it. I was probably browsing charts until I found something that I didn't recognise AND that looks interesting. I've always wanted to give this a shot but never found the time to…UNTIL NOW!!
Seriously this album seems interesting as fuck…so is it?…
Yes it is…holy underrated. ... read more
MORE MATH ROCKKKK GIMME MOREEE
Yet another album from my listen list. Gonna make this quick tho cuz I wanna eat and I don't have much to say anyway.
This is the debut record from Japanese Math Rock band susquatch. "In This World" is like any other Midwest Emo / Math Rock band. Something comparable to bands like American Football. They don't do anything special with their sound and isn't the most standout apart from the gibberish vocals meant to resemble English.

Okay another lwk underrated EP
This time from an underrated YouTube animator!! You might not recognise him but if you've seen his "generic emo song" video then maybe you will.
I randomly came across that video a decently long while back and decided to look around his YouTube. It turns out he released a new EP a few months back around the time I checked!! Wow!! I would like to try it someday. I love unique illustrated covers and this is definitely one I rock with a LOT!! So ... read more
EDIT: Nevermind I'm changing ts from a 70 to an 80 THE FIRST TRACK BANGS SO HARD
The theme song is so fucking catchy I can't.
Okay I'll admit…I like Blend-S…there I said it. Really lame I know. I own the mangas and shit so of course naturally for me I have to try the EP / Single that accompanies the anime adaptation.
Blend-S is a silly anime / manga. It's stupid, goofy, fun and unserious which I why I like it. It's not no masterpiece or anything really ... read more
One of the greatest live performances of all time and for good reason.
Portishead has been slowly growing to be one of my favourite bands of all time. I have no idea how it started but I am so glad did. I have been eating up their music like I was having a big feast after being stranded on an empty desert for years. To think I originally didn't care much for the band at all and now look where I'm at…I have all their albums…I am insane…well…all except ... read more
Idk what to put here
Alr yet another boring day gone by, got bored so I'm randomly picking an album from my listen list to check out for the day. I was going to listen to some Don Caballero but decided "nahhh what if I don't like it so I essentially just waste my time?" so instead I picked The Newfound Interest in Connecticut's "Tell Me About the Long Dark Path Home" (holy mouthful) …oh the irony…
Alright Math Rock has always been one of my ... read more
More PortisPEAK
Last Sunday, I managed to go to a record store after so long with my little brother. When we decided to go, the stores were already closing and this one in particular was closing in around 30 minutes. It was the "next best thing" as the one I usually frequent is closed. We came late due to our decently packed schedule. Having to retrieve my mom's things from the storage unit and going out for lunch as we didn't eat anything. My mom came back from Qatar for ... read more
Yeah I'm on a roll I think
Alright I mentioned that I wanted to try out this album a couple reviews ago. I forgot which ones but I did mention that I wanted to try this record out. I randomly stubbled upon it while browsing the page for albums with a purple must hear star and found this record. It seemed interesting, the cover looked nice so I decided to check it out and found out it was Post-Punk, Art Punk AND Noise Rock?? Okay…THIS I GOTTA HEAR!! So I kept it in my listen list ... read more
Ok yet another single from AOTY user and my friend @SunburnedShirts
I meant to review this days ago but didn't know when
This single was released alongside "Frog Town" for @SunburnerShirts upcoming untitled album that might release somewhere within late of this year.
I absolutely loved the previous single for how good the instrumentation was and the execution and it was undoubtedly by far her best put together track.
This released along side it and while I don't think ... read more

Ok…ts is a close contender for AOTY holy shit…
One of the best albums I have heard released this year so far and while that isn't too crazy considering most of the albums I've listened to this year wasn't all that impressive or impactful but the thing is…DAWG I JUST HAD AN ALBUM I CALLED MY PERSONAL AOTY…NOW THERE'S THIS!! Wtf new Geese album?? I gotta tap in (I need to listen to this first tho)
Geese is another band I am already aware of but never got around to check out their music. They were also one of those bands I knew were releasing new material and had to check out prior to the release of said material. Sadly I was too late and just today they released their newest LP "Getting Killed" so of course, naturally for me, I had to go and listen to it…
but not before I check out their previous ... read more
