The only thing I dislike about this album is the mix but once you're acclimated in the environment of the album it absolutely rips.

Some of Gizz's best work. Every listen I find something new to enjoy.
It took me a few tries to get into this album but one time I turned it on and all of a sudden it clicked and it absolutely broke me. I didn't know much about this album before listening other than a lot of people felt passionately about it. I went through a break up about month or so before casually putting this album on while doing dishes one night, I had to stop to take it all in.

A solid psychedelic pop album. Loss of Life is not as instantly gratifying as the duos previous album Little Dark Age and it actually took me a few listens to really "get" it. Though it is not my favorite MGMT album it's still a great listen
Stumbled into this album looking for country music. There is not a bad song on this album. Yee-haw.
To me this album has everything. It got some serious tracks about society as a whole, Some introspective tracks about the singers own life, and a few silly tracks thrown in for some fun. Of course all of this is put under the signature post-punk sound Viagra boys is known for.
