Portland Oregon's Shell Shock find an amazing fusion of the incredibly dark with the incredibly brutal. This dark beauty manifests in the form of a blackened hardcore style that sizzles with dark chaos and style. Not to be confused with the metal project "Shellshock" which is also another incredible band to check out.
i think the vocals need some time to grow on me, kinda gives me like pre sleeping with sirens kellin quinn tried making beatdown but otherwise this was pretty enjoyable, some heavy headbangable breakdowns and some fun punk energy
it's weird that the first two tracks are completely instrumental until the buildup to the breakdowns but it's not too big of a con for me
Cmon if you listened to this for all of 30 seconds you knew I was gonna give this a 9
