Yet another one of my favorite albums ever that I forgot to review. This album is short, when I say short I mean... short. These songs run you over and hit you so fast, you wont even know how to respond to most of these. 23 songs and 21 minutes of pure, powerful energy.

40 minutes of meat and potatoes brutality. I actually think this album is very underrated for Death. I mean just listen to plain brutality of the title track to give yourself an example of what this album has in store for you. This isn't even in my top 3 Death albums but I still love this album to death. Says alot about this band

Tools debut is one of their greatest achievements. This album is like cocaine. Not because it's speedy and fast, but because this album is ADDICTIVE AS FUCK. This is probably Tools most dark and emotional record (Thats saying something too). Disgustipated has a similar start and structure to the fantastic closer on the next album. Thats one of the best closing songs of all time so that's a big compliment. Prison Sex is dark and bruiting. The title track is an eargasm and this album has one of ... read more

This album is super complex. Almost as much as lateralus. This album is iconic for a damn good reason. Conceptually this album is touching in more of a surreal way. This album is dark and progressive. It has power beyond measure. One of the greatest albums of all time

Beach houses self titled debut is... Not a defining album like some of their other stuff is. This album feels super functional and safe. Like this album just happens and you don't gain anything from listening to this album. The production also, is hella lacking compared to things like Depression Cherry or Bloom.

if you had to choose a live performance of a song that's better than the original studio recording, what would it be? it can either be something youve experienced yourself or something from an official live album (cough cough its for a list)

I feel the same way, yeah. “Bleeding in the Blur” is my favourite song of theirs too, and it’s off that album. The new album is dope though, only one or two songs I didn’t likE

Can report: new Code Orange is pretty fucking good, for the most part. Review written. Hope you enjoy listening if you get around to it, it’s worth it.

Yeah Code Orange dope asf. Their last album was pretty good. I heard two of their new songs, though one of them was fantastic, gave it like a 90 I think

Fucking loooooove The Dillinger Escape Plan and Death Grips. I even got a DG tattoo last year as well lol. You heard Greg from TDEP’s new song? It’s pretty killer.

Turns it out it was, but I deleted it and rewrote it four months ago. I can’t even remember that, and I remember a lot. Must’ve been too high lol. Another fav band is Gojira. Gojira, Opeth, Emperor, Mastodon, Agalloch, in no order, my top five for metal. And music in general tbh

I reviewed it a while back, in fact, I think it might have been the first review I done on this site. It was one of the first ratings I did too. All of Agalloch, Opeth, and Mastodon, my top three
