Alors je suis désolé de pas prendre le projet plus au serieux que ça parce qu’il l’est, et d’ailleurs c’est un bon projet en soit… mais le début de l’album je n’arrêtais pas de penser au gars sur tiktok qui lit des memes en chuchotant avec énormément de réverbe et un fond de gameplay mariokart 8…
Yikes…that line in “Imperium IV” does not sit well…
Besides that, I thought this record was pretty enjoyable for the most part. It’s on “Imperium” where you really start to hear nuggets of the band’s later work start to take form and the result is one of the band’s strongest early efforts.
Granted, it’s nothing particularly groundbreaking for neo-folk but it’s a solid enough effort for me to revisit.
