We Live had a lot of potential but fell short on a few aspects. While most of these songs are pretty unique from one another its is just basically the same sound repeated throughout the whole song every song which was fine on song like We Live but not the rest of them. Still the first two song were great and We Live was excellent it didn't really continue with that for the next songs they other ones felt pretty lifeless eve if they were still good it just didn't hit as much as the ... read more

The closing track for We Live, The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue, is a short and punchy sample of everything this album represents. It also happens to be one of their most accessible songs, so give it a quick listen if your intested in this era of the band's discography. On to the review, We Live is a surprisingly underappreciated album in Electric Wizard's catalog. This is their most psychedelic work, the ... read more

Beside that little quirk, this album rocks, I mean it's heavy and the songs have their charm to it. I love the production, I really do and the riffs too.

saturn’s children is genuinely such a beautiful and drony song that it kind of made me emotional, this album is so good, fifth album i’ve heard by electric wizard and i can tell you right now that the heaviest band in the universe never misses (i didn’t really like witchcult today, but i’m planning a relisten soon because maybe it just wasn’t a good day), the riffs here are addictively deadly, in the small amount of songs, you already have so much vareity between ... read more
