Easily one of the best things any of those guys was involved with, continuing the direction of self-produced, sonically rich disco they've shown on Destiny. Amazing basslines, cool soulful arrangements, amazing vocals and some of their greatest songwriting (Heartbreak Hotel has always been one of my favourite MJ tracks). Some really underrated work.
This is like a hidden gem in the Michael Jackson discography, this is the Jacksons at its peak. Full of bangers.
My only complain is I wish some songs were a bit less sparse and with a more compact structure
Also "wondering who" would have been miles better had it included the unreleased MJ bridge
