Blackout has been called Scorpions' best record ever, and that statement is not unjust.

There are some certified BANGERS on here. Sure, it's nothing mind-blowing, but it's such an incredibly fun album. Some amazing 80s Hard Rock songs on here, the instrumentals are great and the vocalist is super charismatic and pulls off some incredible performances, especially on songs like When The Smoke Is Going Down or Arizona.

Outside of two filler songs, I liked or loved everything else here. Short and sweet too, what's not to like?

Great early '80s heavy metal/hard rock album full of hooks and energy, featuring the classic rock radio staple No One Like You, which I've always liked. Another excellent classic.

The title track rips in with a great riff, fun energy as well. Catchy vocal cadence for the verses, the chorus is catchy as well, simple and effective. Great song, excellent tone. This one definitely still remains a favorite. "Can't Live Without You" is another solid tune. This one has a very classic rock n roll feel to it, solid riffing and decently catchy melodies. It's not super crazy but it's a fun one in their catalog.

Highlights: No One Like You, You Give Me All I Need

You ever heard No One Like You? This whole album basically sounds like that. It's nothing special, really. Arizona is pretty damn good but otherwise it's just sorta fine.
