Cooper's debut LP is a relaxing montage of different ambient techniques. While meditating on the many approaches of making music in this genre, he pieces together a nice mosaic of organ, guitar, piano, noise and drone pieces, with some field recordings and deflated atmospheres. an ambient album with tracks that differ in quality and come off as a solid experience in the end. second and third track are really good, 4th track almost makes half of the album and while the sounds on it are good, it goes to nowhere for 15 minutes. still an album i appreciate though, for the solid tracks it gives me. it shows good potential.
