Ok wow this was much better than Talk Amongst the Trees. Copia is the follow up to the supposed magnum opus for Eluvium in Talk Amongst the Trees but this thing blows that album out of the water. It’s a great Ambient project and I found a lot to love on here. The blend of Modern Classical on here is very good and the piano work is just the nice touch to this thing. Copia is a very thoughtful, lovely album. I was surprised by how invested I was in the listening experience. It is emotionally packed, with many moments that left me in awe. With no words said, I still interpreted a story, certain moments of sadness and others of warmth.

Leafing through some stored CDs I came across my Eluvium collection. It has been 13 years since I played 'Copia.' 13? Yes, thirteen. So without a second thought, I plopped the disc into the tray and took it for a reacquainting. Magic. Gorgeous. Otherworldly. Modern Classical. The piano work is especially genius. What can I say?
