Talk about a relaxed introspective rock album. Poetry from the guys who had it all: talent out the ass, style and suave they seemed to be born with, and a knack for a chemically induced good times. On this outing, however, the band seems to be writing the morning after a night soon to be forgotten. The title track is obviously a classic, and thankfully it's Ronnie Wood who sings on it, not Rod. After many years of associating Rod Stewart's voice with the pain of sitting in doctor's offices/dentist's chair listening to easy listening/adult contemporary stations where many of his songs typically live, this was kind of a slog for me to get through. "Cindy Incidentally" is an okay song but a lot of this went through one ear and out the other.
