His sound seems confused on this one, kind of pulling from several different styles, and 40 water doesn't sound sure what's going on either, which is rare. He finesses any beat.
This exceeded all expectations I had due to the active experimentation with funk and soul. There's some amazing beats on here, the opener and closer especially are some of 40's best work in the 21st century.
