Definitely one of the best and most consistent modern bands. This is my favorite from them.

The Hive gets the technical onslaught under way with some nice thrashy riffs and good building energy and ferocity. Really sick grooves and harmonics as it moves with an overall fun riff serving. Great opener.

Scattering The Flock moves in with another nice set of riffing, speedy double bass. I like the groove here and how it slows to a bit more mid tempo during the verses. Love the structure on this ... read more

new Revocation countdown deep dive (5/10):

so, Revocation is releasing a new album on 26.09 and I've thought that it would be cool if I reviewed every release of theirs one per day, thus the deep dive would end perfectly with me listening to New Gods, New Masters on its release date.
