This is a really really solid album from front to back!
It was a really punchy, potent lyricism to it, while also managing to have a charming sense of humor at points. It's got some fairly standard singer-songwriter instrumentation, but it all fits the mood of the melody and lyrics, and there are some standout moments throughout, such as on "Dear McCracken" and "Disco! in the Panic Room".

Some great ideas on this album, and some fantastic tracks, like McCracken, but falls short on a few tracks. Instrumentation isn’t the strongest, but nothing too bad either.
Very solid indie album overall with some great songs. Not mind blowing, but enjoyable.
