Angry, concise and frenetic as ever, Atheist return with what Elements should have been.
finally finished atheists discog! this is the first atheist album where the bass didnt really impress me that much. overall an okay album by atheist standards, but a good album by normal standards
17 years after the band dropped Elements, Atheist returned in 2010 to drop their 4th studio album Jupiter and whilst it is still a nice compact technical death metal record which still holds impressive vocals and great instrumentals it lacks the more adventurous sound and experimentation which i loved from the previous 2 albums and fails to captivate that same energy as before but at last it is still a solid release but it is their worst in the discography.

sort of a let down especially after the last album and waiting for so long for it. its not a bad album and for a lot of bands this could be their best album. but atheist are capable of so much better. I feel like this album doesnt flow as well together as their last albums.
