Hero

This album is actually amazing. Like many others I was a bit disappointed with the turn away from the godlike Wolfshook, but this is still awesome. I see people compare it to Mastodon and other of that ilk, but I feel this is much better than that.

Bolzer moved away from their death metal sound from their EP which gave them a fan base into a more black sludge metal sound of that which akin of Gojira or Mastodon but with some interesting vocals and heavy riffs which tears throughout the record makes Bolzer's debut not only an entertaining record but one which gets me excited when this band comes back with their sophomore album.
