Having covered the pioneer of modern Alt Metalcore, we now go on to the second style that defines this era: Djentcore. The guitars are cool, but it does nothing to stand out as a progressive metalcore album, and the clean vocals are annoying
This album is pretty much just a metalcore album, but with solos every 3-5 minutes. It's really good, though.
i'm not sure whether i don't like this album or i just didn't get used to it yet, but i can say that this album is good after maybe like half a year of listening. i remember thinking ERRA wasn't super interesting the first time i heard them before i randomly played White Noise from their debut. that one was so good i decided to try the rest of the album and i dont really like trashing music but i remember the next songs after not being very interesting. i think there are ... read more
I remember finding this unbearable to listen to when it came out when I was in high school and… yeah it’s still pretty bad. The clean vocals are so grating on my ears and the screams sound like every other djent leaning band of this… ERRA heh.
