While it's not my favorite Overkill album, D.D.'s bass does get more room to shine here than usual, which is something I really appreciate.
Quite a bit better than their previous album but still falls into a lot of the same pitfalls. It is., at the very least way more consistent, the vocals are better than they've ever been really, the riffs are once again generally solid, the drumming is decent, the bass is incredible here, the tone is great and it's os goddamn prominent, I love it. Better than their previous one, but still underwhelming to some extent. What's good is that Bobby doesn't wail so stupidly like on I Hear Black and the bass works greatly on this one. But still, it's cursed with genericity and no clear vision that would make this somehow worth its length.
