Without a doubt the best out of the Treacherous Three and also an integral part of popularizing fast flows in hip-hop. I wish I could’ve enjoyed this more, because Kool Moe Dee is genuinely a very talented rapper, and he’s among others such as Rakim and KRS-One when it comes to early great lyricists in rap. And while there were some songs I genuinely enjoyed, the production throughout the album is so insanely bland that it’s hard for me to like a lot of this. Kool Moe Dee is not the issue here, it's the rest of this album.
The majority of these songs in this album are very enjoyable to listen to. To me, the only one that I would pass on is "Rock You". It would have been better with different instrumentals instead of sampling Queen's original song. Overall, great album and one of just a handful of Hip-Hop albums from the 80s that is still talked about today.
