Pale Morning Horizon is easily one of the best tracks of this year, did not expect it to be that emotional and touching.
the blend of electronic and metal is really interesting on this project, but it could've been used in more exciting ways.

Reminds me less of black metal and shoegaze and more of the structured-like-post-rock 2000s and 2010s emo and skramz, fit with the proper amount of scene cheesiness. Also incorporates a trancecore and witchhouse element, as well as some ambient electronic influenced dungeon synth moments. I love the schizo mix of genres here that generally should not be mixing, yet somehow Abriction is able to make it work seamlessly. I was a little disappointed by the fall in quality toward the end of the record, but from the strong intro to the arguably good closer, I remained invested.
