both albums do their own thing so well, its hard to compare for me

just an INCREDIBLE grindcore record. 15 minutes of extreme aggression that never lets up for a moment. an absolute shining example of the genre anyone mildly interested should check out

i'm conflicted cause the front half was such a slog for me, but the back half, starting with the "running away" section of track 4, was actually fun, and here i think its abrasiveness works wonderfully for it.

fun concept of each song being a theme for a video game boss. questionable choice of genre for a couple of the characters unless u imagine this record were the ost of a rhythm game.

there's no game to go along with it so it's mostly forgettable for me, and even then a lot of ideas don't go anywhere interesting.

falters at times with some forgettable and bland moments, but FUCK the songs that are good are REALLY good
