Idk man I've just never been too crazy about Isaiah Rashad and this sounds exactly like all of his other stuff. To each their own ig.
fav. song: SAME SH!T
Conway and Daringer go really well together but it can get a little repetitive at times
fav. song: Trump
Both the beats and the raps are fun but this didn't need to be an hour long double album. I get it, it's their creative decision but I would've much preferred a 40 minute standart collab album to this.
fav. song: Man of the Month
Similar to Because The Internet there is a good concept somewhere in here but the execution is just so painfully mediocre.
fav. song: Got To Be
I really wanted to come on here and say HOLY SHIT WE'RE BACK but I'm not sure we are. This is really just another unfinished idea board, of course nowhere near as torturous as the slopfest that was Vultures 2. Some parts are fairly enjoyable, most of it is pretty boring. My main takeaway is that I just don't see the vision. Throughout Ye's career every officially released album had a sort of underlying theme to it, wether it be the socially conscious yet playful lyrical ... read more
Some of the most fun I've had listening to an album in recent memory. It gets a little weaker towards the end but it's not too bad.
fav. song: 24Hrs
An improvement from Vol. 1 for sure. The chemistry is there, the features are on point and the highlight tracks are iconic. Sadly tho, these individual parts don't really make a single great thing, you just take from it what you like and never revisit.
fav. song: Frat Rules
Should've just stopped dropping when he passed.
fav. song: Conversations
For the most part it's just as boring as the last one but there weren't even any real highlights this time.
fav. song: Go Hard
Definitely not any of these guys' best work on here.
fav. song: Way Hii
I didn't expect much but it's surprisingly decent.
fav. song: Untouchable
Just a slower, more stripped down Tribe album. Pretty hit or miss for me.
fav. song: Move
Really enjoyable standart Rap album. Not much else tbh.
fav. song: Fashion Rebel
Kinda disappointed tbh. I've heard much better from both Boldy and Al.
fav. song: First 48 Freestyle
