why are people discussing production so much here? its punk music not hip hop
I found the djent-like production on this album to be quite displeasing. It seemed reminiscent of breakdowns that were prevalent 20-30 years ago, lacking any originality or uniqueness in the rock segment. If I'm seeking a pop/metal crossover, I believe artists like Poppy and BMTH executed it far better. Additionally, the vocals from this guy left much to be desired, sounding subpar and unimpressive. The vocalist still doesn't have a personality, sounds like a cheap version of Chester Bennington.
Guitar textures are awfully dull and boring. No chemistry between guitars even though the band has more than three guitarists.
Not progressive at all.
