Greyhaven’s “Keep It Quiet” is one of the more interesting and cohesive metalcore releases I’ve heard this year. While some tracks are very forgettable and don’t leave a mark quite like “Cemetery Sun” and “Burn & Miracle” do. The whole album remains fairly consistent and engaging throughout.

Sticks and Stones seems to be an improvement from their last single. While it’s not much better, there’s a lot more going on here that comes together to make a somewhat interesting sound. Ryan Martinie is also a bit louder here which is very much appreciated. Even if Ryan Martinie feels more involved at times, the overall mixing is still terrible and it’s just as corny (which is to be expected). Yeah I mean the mixing is just not great. It feels like they played it safe in just about every regard and it’s quite forgettable. For this being the first release in over 16 years from them, it's not fantastic.
Spiritbox's Second LP titled Tsunami Sea, has some enjoyable moments, but ends up feeling overproduced, boring, and often times repetitive.
