this album is just...so weird, like half of this was made because it was fun to play lol
really interesting album by king crimson, definitely a change from what i've heard of their surprisingly large discography. also i did end up seeing half of king crimson plus steve vai and some other guy on the drums that i forgot that name (danny carey of tool) of and it was pretty cool, i think i have a recording of frame by frame so yeah cool album
75-85 after listening to this album a few more times I realized that this album is way better than I remembered! the songs i like the most ... read more
really disappointed me, this album has so many cool moments but it just doesn't click for me...maybe it's my cooked attention span or something but this felt so long that i didn't like it as much as i would have.
unfortunately not as good as i was expecting but still solid,
favorites are aurora, it's not up to you and unison
racist white boy in a gated neighborhood tries to evoke the feeling of his egirl breaking up with him into industrial ambient noise ending up sounding like the uncanny mr incredible meme
would be perfect but moonchild is soooooo boring after the third minute
songs are really good on their own but the album goes for way too long, when you think it's gonna end soon it hits you with another 8 minute song. I would totally listen to these songs on their own but it's boring listening to the entire album
not as good as smile because there are some weaker songs in the middle but still a solid album
good job tyler
shoutout to sticky having glorilla and sexyy red have good verses is like the planets aligning
i listened to this shit like 2 years back i forgot to review it
81-94 this grew on me like crazy i love this so much thank you jeff magnum
94-85 this grew off me like crazy i don't love this as much but still thank you jeff magnum
I don't know what I expected with this album but it's really really good. I think I shuffled to WHO? WHAT! like a few days ago and I was like ok yeah i'll listen to this and it's good
Favorites: WHO? WHAT!, BUTTERFLY EFFECT, STARGAZING
Least favorites: NC-17, WAKE UP
i'm not sure if i'm going to be flamed for this one, i really wanted to enjoy this album, i really did. there's so much good in this album but holy there's so much pure mid. tracks 4-7 and jihad joe are just really mediocre, and i thought i would be giving this a 50 like halfway through this. denzel feature is probably the highlight of this album.
honestly this kinda felt like a worse version of scaring the hoes at the beginning, the nitpicks i had with that album were ... read more
