this album is a spiritual experience; a tragic, dark, yet real story about Kendrick’s turbulent, violence-ridden young adult life. probably one of the greatest rap albums i’ve ever sat through— I have no words.

To be honest, I really like this single even though RUSH! was such a disappointment. Although I do agree that it’s rather formulaic and plays it safe, it’s hard to say that it isn’t a pretty good and catchy song. I can see myself adding this to my library, playlists, humming to myself, etc.

As someone who considers themselves a Måneskin enjoyer, this album was nothing short of disappointing. OWN MY MIND was such a strong start to the album, and I was thoroughly disappointed to find that it was one of the only good tracks on this entire record. GOSSIP is trash, and I don’t care who fights me on this. TikTok has a habit of trending the most absolutely dogshit songs imaginable, and GOSSIP is a prime example of that.
