Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life
100

Incredible, just incredible.
It's absurd and unfair that a blind guy can put together music of this quality. This album is not only incredibly fun and accessible, it also has an incredible sound and there are some of Stewie's best lyrical deep songs. And it feels soooo smooth. Listening to this you will always have a good time. This is one of the very few albums that i've given a 10 since the first listen, and i think it's understandable why. This is the best Stewie Wonder project obviously, ... read more

Zel, thanks for existing.
This is an incredible album, and it shows Zel's incredible versatility in instrumentals and vocals. Best Zel's album to this point.

Radiohead - OK Computer

1997. At the gates of the 3rd Millennium. This is the era when hopes and certainties seem to crumble and fold in front of our eyes. When nothingness has its roots planted in society so much that nihilism at this point seems the only reasonable and logical solution. When internet starts to spread, a place where we give our personal data to a artificial brain, an algorythm, and everyone starts to seem more transparent and vulnerable. This creates anxiety, wether it is social or existential. ... read more

Radiohead - The Bends

Often overlooked, The Bends is actually a very good album. When one year ago my at the time rockheaded ass listened to this, he thought it was the best album of all time. Sadly for this masterpiece, it is not even top 3 in Radiohead's discography. It's still one of the best alt rock records from the post grunge era. The songwriting is extremely good, and the lyrics are touching in every song. Overall, this is the perfect middle ground between the clssic and grungy Pablo Honey and the ... read more

Overhated album. There are stil some good songs here, and it's a pretty good alt rock/post grunge album.
I like Creep, it's a great song. Yeah i said it, hate me for it.

Favourite song: Creep
Least fav: How Do You?

Passionfruit. The rest is hella mid.

Drake - Views
50

This is the beginning of the end of Drake's creativity.
This is an iconic album, but it's incredibly bloaded and boring. I won't even comment Scorpion and More Life because these albums are basically this one but even more bloaded and boring than Views.
In Italy we call it "cantilena". Uninterested, repetitive, soulless and predictable. He does it for 1h and 21 minutes and he calls it an album. not sure about that, but ok. Atleast Hotline Bling is good.

Drake - Certified Lover Boy

Cerified Boy Lover.
"You say i'm a lesbian girl, me too". This is the most famous rapper in the world. How do y'all listen to this shit thinking "ahaha it's funny"?
Bloaded, tedious and lirically empty album. Drake gets outshined by every feature, that carry the album. Drake is finished.

Favourite song: Fair Trade
Least favourite songs: Way 2 Sexy, Girls Want Girls, No Friends In The Industry and many more

Sellout album. Yawn FM. Not a surprise in my books. At least Jimmy Cooks is listenable.

Kendrick Lamar - Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers

OH BOY OH BOY
This is the first KDOT album that dropped since i started following him closely. And i am so bound to this album.

13 may, 2022.
1855 days.
This is the time that has passed from the release of DAMN, Kendrick's last full-length album.
And it is safe to say that he has been doing something.
After listening to The Heart Part 5, i was hyped as fuck. And that day at school i only listened to MMATBS.
After the first listen to this, i remain absolutely stunned. How can he put together a ... read more

Kendrick Lamar - DAMN.

This is Kdot in his prime. Not because DAMN is his best album, but because he has the power to do whatever he wants on this album. He has features like Rihanna and Bono, and his songs sound more pop than ever, but it does it without losing his sound and touch in the songs. This is the closest Kendrick came to a sellout album, with tracks like DNA, HUMBLE, LOVE and LOYALTY that are either concert hits or radio hits. Every song on this album is built to be a hit, and every song is peak quality ... read more

Kendrick Lamar - untitled unmastered.

This is my least favourite Kendrick album, and it's still an 80. Think about it. TPAB's B sides are still better than most rappers' best album. It's still very interesting, and it has some of Kdot's best songs, even if it feels unfinished.

RATING YE'S DISCOGRAPHY/ PT. 12
This is a very good comeback album, given Ye's mental health conditions. It has lot of replay value, there are some bangers on it like Off The Grid or Jail, but this broject is too bloaded. If Ye had cut the tracklist to 16-17 tracks, it would have been an absolute classic. Many of the songs feel out of place or unnecessary, expecially in the second part. Still good tough, and he won the personal 1v1 against Drizzy in my opinion, so W Kanye.

Kanye West - JESUS IS KING

RATING YE'S DISCOGRAPHY/ PT. 11
After another relisten, i still absolutely don't care abour this album. I am religious, but there are lots of bars that cringe me. He talks about faith treating the subject in a way that you can't take him seriously. The production is not that terrible, but in the end i don't play any song out of this album, and Kanye is my most streamed artist of the last 6 months. Mid af.

KIDS SEE GHOSTS - KIDS SEE GHOSTS

RATING YE'S DISCOGRAPHY/ PT. 10
The collab between Cudi and Ye is simply incredible. This is ten years ahead of the whole scene sound-wise and beat-wise. This feels like a double album, the first half being more soft and the other being incredibly good from a lirical point of view, and the incredible thing is that it is only 24 minutes long. Reborn-Kids See Ghosts-Cudi Montage is the best three track run on any album i've ever listened since The Dark Side Of The Moon. It amazed me on the first ... read more

RATING YE'S DISCOGRAPHY/ PART 9
This is Kanye's most personal and introspective album. Very emotional and raw lirically, and from a musical and artistic standpoint Ye demonstrates that he has still something to say. Good album in general, and Ghost Town is easily his best song since Runaway.
