The word "perfect" can be thrown around a lot. I believe that it is essentially impossible to make something "perfect", as it may be. Even my favorite album of all time (The Age of Adz by Sufjan Stevens) is not perfect.

Good, but not great. It peaks pretty early on but that peak is incredibly high.
Best Track: Every Single Night
De Todas las Flores starts out incredibly beautiful and the first half of the album (minus track 5) is incredible. However, the album drops off quite a bit in the back half. It sadly leaves a sour taste in my mouth that what could have been a masterpiece is held back from that and will only ever be great as a whole, not incredible.
Best Track: Llevame Viento
This was a very hard album to come to a score on. When I first listened to this album I thought it was an 8/10, but after getting the concept behind it and relistening to it like a dozen times it has grown on me significantly. This album is shockingly beautiful and it really layers the sections it introduces and builds on itself throughout its main four movements. The lyrics, however, are harder for me. Really great classic rock-style album. Quite consistent front to back with some great and creative tracks on it. However, I will say that it peaks with the mindblowing first track and never really meets that incredible high again.
Best Track: Tabu
I like it but some of the tracks legit feel like filler.
