Good, but not great. It peaks pretty early on but that peak is incredibly high.
Best Track: Every Single Night
De Todas las Flores starts out incredibly beautiful and the first half of the album (minus track 5) is incredible. However, the album drops off quite a bit in the back half. It sadly leaves a sour taste in my mouth that what could have been a masterpiece is held back from that and will only ever be great as a whole, not incredible.
Best Track: Llevame Viento
This was a very hard album to come to a score on. When I first listened to this album I thought it was an 8/10, but after getting the concept behind it and relistening to it like a dozen times it has grown on me significantly. This album is shockingly beautiful and it really layers the sections it introduces and builds on itself throughout its main four movements. The lyrics, however, are harder for me. My Spanish skills are at somewhere around a B1 level, but the lyrics on this album are ... read more
Really great classic rock-style album. Quite consistent front to back with some great and creative tracks on it. However, I will say that it peaks with the mindblowing first track and never really meets that incredible high again.
Best Track: Tabu
I like it but some of the tracks legit feel like filler.
Best Track: I Want You to Love Me
I forgot to review this album. It's a 7/10, trust me I listened to it like 5 times but I don't even know where the half-written review is now so you'll just have to take this.
This album is a hidden gem of a masterpiece. It blew me off my feet the first time I listened to it and it continues to do so. The album sounds incredible, and the themes it explores are very interesting. It's a breakup album, but just as the title says, I feel like this album dives deeper to the root of the problems that plague love and the relationship being analyzed in this album. It indeed me llevo dentro hasta la raiz.
Best Track: Palomas Blancas
It's pretty damn good. What more is there to say?
Best Track: Paranoid Android
By a smidgen, Roger's best work since he left Pink Floyd. This album, despite being over 30 years old, is still extremely relevant. It also just sounds incredible. However, the track progression is not as tight as some of Roger's others albums.
Best Track: Watching TV
This is a seriously underrated album and people give it too much shit. It's not Roger's greatest album ever, but it has a solid concept and some very great tracks. And, honestly, this album just has a really, warm, comforting vibe to it. I'm sorry, but I just can't bring myself to dislike it.
Best Track: The Tide Is Turning
This is literally one of the most beautiful things I have ever listened to bruh wtf.
I'm not going to lie guys, *The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking* is nearly as good as Roger's big run of Pink Floyd albums from TDSotM to The Wall. In my opinion, this album is about on par with The Final Cut, but stands out for different reasons. I was honestly shocked by how good this album is, and it probably would have been another home run 10/10 if the rest of Pink Floyd was able to work on it.
This album is incredibly creative, and is probably the most creative Roger has ever ... read more
If you dislike this, please fuck off. To the bar. Right now.
Garfield’s TLDR: “Why is this album still relevant? We are soooo fucked.”
Jesus Christ, what an album. Coming straight in with “Déjà Vu”, this album seems to aim to hit you in the heart. The “if I were a drone” section of the song is beautiful, heartbreaking, and absolutely incredible. Roger also does his iconic scream, so that’s got to be worth something.
This entire album is great. It sounds similar to a mix between Animals and ... read more
Garfield's TLDR: "Freaky!"
Okay, so, I don't have *a lot* to say here. *Purple Rain* is just a damn good album. All of the songs are great, it's super creative, and it's an absolute classic. Prince's vocals are incredible and I love how many directions the album takes itself in. It's mesmerizing, it's catchy, and the title track serves as an epic closer. What more could you want?
Best tracks: The Beautiful Ones, Purple Rain
Garfield's TLDR: "I do not... understand... what it is... that makes this deserve a top 5 OAT placement!"
To make it quite clear, I think that *In Rainbows* is absolutely excellent. It's fuckin' amazing! However, it isn't even the best Radiohead album, guys. This is rated as the 4th best album of all time? Seriously? "House of Cards" is on this thing, for Christ's sake.
Alright, now that I've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about ... read more
Garfield's TLDR: "Check the sock drawer."
So, what is this album about exactly? Why are people saying this is about the Holocaust? I mean, "Holland, 1945" and "Ghost" pretty clearly are, but the rest of the album is a lot more cryptic. I can definitely see this take through some of the album's lyrics, but I think it comes off as stretching things a bit.

The word "perfect" can be thrown around a lot. I believe that it is essentially impossible to make something "perfect", as it may be. Even my favorite album of all time (The Age of Adz by Sufjan Stevens) is not perfect.
However, if I had to describe this album in one word... I must admit that I would indeed be using the p-word. This album is perfect. In a technical sense, in a lyrical sense, in every sense of the word: perfect. It has not a single flaw. Can you believe ... read more
Garfield's TLDR: "Oh, boo hoo. I get up every single Monday and all *I* do is whine and complain about it! Wait a minute-"
I listened to this album while running a 5K a few weeks ago. I was incredibly sleep deprived, running only on a slight amount of coffee and absolutely nothing to eat in the very early hours of the morning. It was decently cold outside, too. I wanted to listen to something that would keep me awake.
Now, I absolutely loved GY!BE's latest album (I gave it ... read more
