Literally the whole thing is fucking iconic and it never fucking misses. Why did a game about rolling up shit with a giant ball have to have one of the most iconic OSTs in gaming history?
I remember playing this game when I was a toddler. How time flies...
Best tracks: Katamari on the Rocks, Lonely Rolling Star, Cherry Blossoms
An absolutely ethereal experience from start to finish.
I decided to listen to this album after hearing someone play the first / title track of the album while we were driving. It instantly caught my attention, and I decided to give the whole thing a listen. I can safely say that I was not disappointed by this album.
Is it perfect? No, definitely not. There are a few tiny moments which drag. However, the work overall is fucking amazing. This one definitely gets a "yee haw" from ... read more
The New Sound? More like The Poo Sound! Hahahahaha. Am I right?
Anyways, this album didn’t start growing on me until a few tracks in but it really is a hectically beautiful album with some insane production. The back half of the album is crazy good. I have not listened to any Black Midi adjacent stuff before, but I’m definitely going to consider listening to some of their albums now.

This isn't even just his usual conserva-slop. Like, Tom, this is fucking cringe. Are you 12?
Generic boring country-rap slop. As such, it is vastly better than most Tom MacDonald tracks.
He couldn't even write a whole 2-minute song about the assassination attempt so he had to stuff half of it with Tom MacFluff filler lyrics.
Appropriation of working class aesthetics by conservatives? Who woulda thunk? Gotta love how he lists cops first!
Every time he pretends to be an enlightened centrist it's a little bit funny ngl.
Did this mf actually write his own villain song? This shit is actually incredible. This is the music equivalent of him fully embracing hatred and evil in the most awe-inspiring way possible. It actually sends chills down your spine.
Literally just a conservative rant with no actual message. The Ben Shapiro feature being so bad its funny is the only reason this didn't get a zero. Actually, scratch that. I started writing this while listening to it and it just draaaaags after the BS segment. This gets the "kill me" score.
It looks like I'm in the minority here, but I only think this track is just good. Not great, not amazing, just good. It's very catchy and quite psychedelic, but I don't really get too much out of the lyrics on here. Still, it's not a bad track by any means.
Lena Raine should stick to this stuff instead of attempting to make music for Minecraft IMO. Anyways, this is perhaps the greatest videogame OST of all time (although it is still in close contention with Super Mario Galaxy). Hell, this is even just a great album on its own. Go play Celeste if you haven't yet!
Best Track: Resurrections
Hell yeah, this is a pretty awesome album. It’s got a very nice flow and has very few bad moments (although they do exist). I especially liked “Take Your Mask Off” and “Like Him”. Both are genuinely amazing songs, and the latter really got me by the emotions when I first heard it. I’ve got to listen to more of Tyler’s stuff.
Best Tracks: Take Your Mask Off, Like Him
Worst Track: Sticky
The first time I listened to this album I was genuinely left speechless. I’m long due on writing this review (hell, I thought I had already done so months ago), so I’m going to lay it all out now. Illinois is a magical journey that will play on your emotions and make you feel things you’ve never felt before.
The opening to this album is incredible. Concerning the UFO Sighting + The Black Hawk War gently brings you into the album before crescendoing and leaving you on your ... read more
It’s The Normal Album, now remastered (except for LMN for some reason)! It’s the exact same album, so I’m just going to give it the same score I gave the original. That remastered version of Suburbia Overture, though, sounds fucking amazing. Two thumbs up!
