this is insanely good, feels so fresh, but is still a relaxing listen

This feels super fresh, clear influence from black country, new road who's most recent album I don't have strong feelings for. This is departure from that theatrical style in a way I really like, a bit more courtney barnett sort of calm punk, it just takes itself a little less seriously.

Grew up listening to this so I'll always have a place for it. I think it slaps anyway, the songwriting is genuine but the music in general has a nice unpretentious folky groove.

Not a bad take on neo/pop punk, a couple of good tracks in here sonically, lyrics are a bit cringe, but don't mind this sort of thing.

A modern classic, until recently my view on this was tainted by the tote bagging-tyler the creator-only listens to hip hop-follows the NBA too closely type of white middle class Australian male teenager, they kind of stan this an uncomfortable amount. But that seems to have faded a bit, now the album can appreciated for what it is.
