The instrumentation on this album is so unique and well put together... I don't think the band will be the same without Isaac Wood. The raw emotion and strangely compelling lyrics he brought to these songs cannot be overstated- oh my lordy lord. Chris Cornell is the best grunge singer HANDS DOWN. Soundgarden's style is so unique, especially on this album- the use of wacky tunings really adds to the strange almost stoner like vibes coming off this project. Every song here is an absolute head banger, besides Half which is lowkey trash. Chris Cornell is a sexy man and his songwriting is so engaging throughout.
