sincerely one of her best beats. im well accostumed to cupcakke lyrics so i won't make a "ahaha woman talking about sex" music. keep making pony music pls
one of the funkiest, funniest, "I do not give a fuck"iest album i've ever heard. Surprisingly perfect to concentrate when I'm writing/studying/reading somehow.
okay. Some moments left me with nothing and underwhelmed but I sincerely did not dislike it, the first part up until Since I Met Ye was good to me. Nothing insane like I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU but I think it's good.
EDIT: yeah no it is that mid.
always beautiful to see pony music on the top 10 on a album of the year ranking.
last three tracks are missing on the list somehow. but anyway, if the ape of naples is crushing and devastating, black antleers is like a calm, dark lake gently rocking back and forth. the storm is approaching but is not fully there, as you feel like falling asleep in the primordial sludge of the noises. my interest for this band and the legacy they left behind grows on me.
this is an incredibly erotic album but i'd need like, 15k words to explain why
this FUCKS, doggy style. fav songs are GAS STATION, YES GODDD, I'M ACTUALLY KINDA FAMOUS, ST LOSER.
what a fun listening! it's not anything ground breaking but very pleasant with interesting moments there and there.
EVERYTHING black metal is for me. brutal, fast, angry, yet pleading and desperate. this is a easy 80/100 for me,i am HOOKED and there's almost no skip on this record. definitely checking this band out for more, hope they tour in italy because i'd see them.
the album that defined my 2 weeks ireland summer trip when i was 15.
all discourse and "controversies" aside, this was my first ada rook solo album and i adored it. the abrasive sound of black dresses is felt strong in this and i absolutely love it.
while not a 100 it is my favourite death grips album. Spikes is the best song they have ever made.
HOLY SHIT. my love for sludge just grows, i already was a fan with mastodon and chat pile, but now that i have the entirety of the crowbar discography to dive into it's confirmed im hooked on this sound. this album can only be defined as pure heavyness and i am all here for that. favourite songs are Empty Room, Repulsive In Its Splendid Beauty, It Pours From Me, Suffering Brings Wisdom.
this is...well i did not expect that!
HEALTH debut album is chaothic, panic, short and doesn't stop you from taking a break. if the industrial/shoegaze definitive sound of the later album makes you reflect about your sad life, their self titled debut album is the moment of the action; you can think about the mistakes later, you gotta run now! Not something i'd listen every day considering how much more i prefer their later sound but it was quite enjoyable to dive into their origins!
i mean most of these songs were already out except for TRIALS, A.L.O.N.E. and RUIN? so not a lot. it's certaintly a different, more mellow song to HEALTH that i can respect but overall it's not something that different, more like a collection of singles. favourite song is RUIN. i still love their cover of be quite and drive.
was insane about these guys when i was like 12. should probably listen to them again
