I'm blown away, her voice is so beautiful and the compositions are just amazingly pretty. Simple, alternate versions of already existing songs but MY GOD it doesn't make it any less beautiful imo. Amazing little EP.
Drake didn't have to make a fantastic song, he really didn't have to, but he did OMG.
Charli XCX made the best album reflecting on lockdown ever, this album is actually deppresing man, and it's so perfect. The production is so Charli and the lyrics are probably her most naked and honest ever, so amazingly fucking cool. I ADORE this record, and it's funny to think that I gave it like a 70 something at first listen, jfc.
I'm not happy :)
Ok Human was decent and kinda good but this went wrong everywhere, I kinda hate this aaaaaaaa.
Solid production from one of my all time heroes Dylan Brady but the only thing that really bothers me and let's me down are the vocal performances. Sometimes they are great and others are not, especially I have a problem with Lewis Grant's voice, I feel like they could've done something better with it and also, their lyrics need more work unless their intention is to sound very bubbly and bland. It's a good listen but it leaves a lot to be desire. Ravenna Golden was awesome though.
Solid record from my good danish boys, I'm happy when they change even though I will always hold dear to my heart their hardcore era. Great record with great composition for an alternative rock album, which is a style that it has become very stale in my opinion nowadays.
THEY HAVE THE IMPACT OF A FULL 2 HOUR ALBUM IN JUST THREE SONGS, IN JUST 14 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KERO KERO BONITO IS ONE OF THE GREATEST BANDS OF THE LAST AND THIS DECADE, THESE GUYS CAN CHANGE THE FUCKING WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why the hell do music magazines love the shit out of bland bedroom indie pop? I don't get it lmaooo they must lose their shit every single day because music like this comes out eeeeevery single dayyyyy. With that being said, this album dares to try good imaginative ideas experimenting with other genres here and there, I like the androgynous topics in the lyrics and that another non binary artist is doing great in the scene, and the production is ok but, it's still another indie pop record that ... read more
Probably their most consistent album to date, BROCKHAMPTON were never really popular because their albums were like consistent but because it was banger after banger, this feels more like a, you know, a more "complex" and "well thought out" album, kind of like Ginger but their ideas were expanded better and they definitely got deeper and deeper with their production and everything really, this definitely it's gonna be a grower. By the time I'm writing this, I'm giving it a ... read more
This DOES sound like a britpop song lol, but hey, it's not bad at all. I dig this new era of Iceage, maybe not as much as the other ones but still, I'm liking these new songs.
I'm a spanish speaker, and I'm so flabbergasted by this, like I'm pretty sure I'm 100% not alive right now.
I just remembered this song, I remember listening to it in his YT channel when Old Town Road was just another dumb meme and it didn't blow up the way that it eventually did. The chorus is actually great like I can't lie lmao
It's funny how this sounds like every average "indie rock" track but sometehing about it makes you keep listening to it.
