I think we're going backwards here.
JPEGMAFIA has always been known to be a forward-thinking, revolutionary producer, and I think it's getting to him. You can tell that he's TRYING to be experimental, not actually doing it for the discovery and the love for it, but just because he has to do something "different", he even made it the entire album's title!
