This album radiates all the summer energy a project can have and I think that is why I find this album so enjoyable to me. JPEGMAFIA's I Lay Down My Life For You had been his least favorite album for me from Peggy's discography. That doesn't mean it's bad by any means, I just see this album as a pretty weak follow-up to his previous album with Danny Brown, Scaring The Hoes.
