did i listen to the same album as everyone else? cuz ts had very intresting and beautiful production, catchy choruses, fire vocals, i’m so confused what y’all hate

i’m tired of acting like this isn’t one of my top 5 albums of 2021

almost everything’s at least good, but the artists in the group kinda vary on quality (DC2Trill)

grew on me A LOT, glad kanye’s done preaching, honestly i don’t like ty dolla sign, i think it’s his specific style of auto tune or wtvr makes his voice sound like that (maybe it’s just his voice?) either way it annoys me and sounds cheap to me, kanye’s parts are hit or miss but when they hit they HIT (Beg Forgiveness, Burn, Problematic)

unlike a lot of people here i did semi enjoy this album for the most part but there was a few problems i had, 1. the mixing, i’m normally not to hard on mixing i don’t need perfect but some of these songs are noticeably poorly mixed to the point i feel casual listeners would notice it, 2. there’s two topics for the songs, either it’s sex and him being popular now when he used to be a loser or that people said he acted white or wtvr, it’s fine for one song but ... read more

first listen is a 62 the instrumentals were really good and i think this is gonna be a album that grows on me over time so i’ll update as my opinion changes, the second half is way better then the first half imo

ehhh it’s not terrible but it was a lot more boring then it needed to be

uzi has so much musical talent just to waste it on this generic stuff, definitely the weakest part is the lyrics which is ok on the hype tracks but the moody tracks really suffer from it
