What made Blake make tracks 5.5 to 6 minutes long on the last Jets to Brazil album? Just why? The production choices are also very... brave, to say the least. Sometimes the vocals are purposefully mumbled, and sometimes a violin suddenly kicks in or some unusual reverb effect appears (though rarely pleasant) just for the sake of it. god the production is so ass on this, i legit think that if it was better the rating on this site would be like 3-5 points better, strange how they still didn't remaster it.
First tracks are goated but unfortunately after they lean in heavier sound later in the record it just starts to feel like dollarstore jawbreaker, not necessarily bad but forgettable and bland
