You the GOAT
"Sorry, but I like my EDM more experimental" type album
Well shit. I genuinely really don't know how to describe Confield. This album is just so... weird. This is the type of shit you produce when you accidentally smoke too much weed and then start to think something is crawling in your ear. I kept expecting something to come at my face... pause. But I never got that. Confield is one of the weirdest albums I've heard. ... read more

Yo, caleb... you okay, man?
Well, just by looking at the title of the album, I 100% knew this album was going to be straight-up depressing and make me lay in bed questioning God. And guess what. I was right. Songs From Suicide Bridge is one of the most depressing and darkest albums I've ever heard... and it's fucking amazing. This album is so raw and straight from the heart. There's no complex layer or any deeper meanings or metaphors. No. What ... read more

What da dog doing?
While I don't see it as the masterpiece you see it as, RAM, it's definitely a great rock album that deserves more attention. I don't really have much to say since Wild Dogs is a pretty simple album. That said, there's a lot to like. The instrumentation throughout is really good. For a rock, it's very melodic and can switch from hitting hard to being soft, which is pretty neat. I also love the emo-ish singing on the album. It ... read more

I genuinely don't know how to review after this crazy ass night, but I'll try my best 😅
Okay, now I'm getting into the recommendations where I don't know what to expect. All knew were the genres listed and that it was Spanish. Other than that, I was going in as blind as Stevie Wonder. But my God. This album is fucking fantastic. El Jardín de los Presentes is an amazing blend of rock, jazz, and tango. The fact that this album was ... read more

Damn! My boy packing that album title
Young Thug. You know him. You love him. You wish he was free. Young Thug is kind of an icon in the trap game. Most people's favorite albums come from this dude. To put it simply, lots of people love him. I haven't heard any of his music, other than some features here and there. But even then, when I was finally recommended an album from Young Thug, I was pretty excited. I'm not all that educated in trap ... read more

It's so funny to see everyone who's reviewed this album mention gloves. Respect the grind, though
Sweet, short, and simple. 3 words that perfectly describe JULIA. I'm actually pretty amazed at how beautiful and warm feeling this album is. I loved every minute of this album, and there aren't really any bad tracks here. The production throughout is absolutely top tier. The blend of folk and indie rock is outstanding and sounds incredible. ... read more

Wow! This is actually a surprise for me
So, I've been avoiding $uicideboy$ for some time now. I don't really have a reason other than their esthetic. No, I didn't find it too much or sensitive for me to talk about. But even before listening to them, I had just thought they were those kind of artists who rapped about killing themselves and being sad all the time in an annoying way. So when I finally got recommended a $uicideboy$ album, I ... read more

Damn Jasho. You into some freaky shit
Tell me. How does one explain this album? I mean, it's obviously experimental hip-hop and electronic. But like, how do you go in and explain this album in a way for people to understand. The answer: you can't. Just like this cover, this album bounces all over the place. One minute, the production is super electronic heavy but very playful, then the next minute it's very moody and dark. There's never a ... read more

Flockaveli. An iconic album in the trap and gangsta rap scene. I've had this album in my sights ever since I listened to Hard in Da Paint, which I absolutely loved. But even though I had my hopes of it being good, I had to remember that Flockaveli came out during the 2010s, which is just filled with music that has no aged well, and this is coming from someone born in 2006. But thankfully, Flockaveli exceeded my ... read more

Thank God someone recommended me an Airospace. I've been wanting to listen to Airospace for a while now, but I didn't know where to start in his discography. It also doesn't help that most of his albums aren't on Spotify. But now we're here, and I finally got recommended an Airospace album. I didn't know what to expect coming into 戦場ヶ原 ひたぎ [vol. II], but I knew one thing for sure. There was ... read more

wow, wow, WOW
This is actually very good. With how catchy it is, I'm surprised not many people are listening to Purple. But people should be listening because this album is so fun. The production from top to bottom is smooth as hell. I absolutely love the bedroom production. Sure, it's been done millions of times before, but for me, I can't really get tired of it. The title track especially has some amazing production. It has some ... read more

Yeah no
I... did not enjoy Chlorophyll at all. This is the most low quality project I've heard so far. Like there are some tracks that are mixed terribly, which is painfully apparent on Swagged out. But then, for some reason, there are moments where it's just noise. I can't even describe Mikey because it's just so overbearing. I can respect the humor. Does it make for a good project? Hell no. It sucks too because some of the ... read more

plasma? More like orgasma
Solid stuff. I don't have much to say since it's hella short, but I really liked the production throughout. It's your classic Drum and Bass, which isn't a bad thing at all since I fucking love Drum and Bass production. But I do like the mix of noise, especially in claustrophobia. It adds some uniqueness to the track. The other tracks are pretty fun too. But my only gripe is the mixing. I don't know if it's Bandcamp's ... read more

If this album was supposed to make me fall asleep on the couch, then you did a pretty bad job at that
For an instrumental hip-hop album, FAOTC is pretty great and fun. I really like how playful you get with the production, especially with the samples you chose. Probably the best example of this is An Aura In Space. It's a very good track that uses every sample so nicely. The title track also has a nice eerie but nostalgic mood, which I really like. ... read more
So... I'm kind of dumb, and it's the kind of dumbassery that can't be excused with my autism. So a while ago, while I was writing a review, I discovered that you can recommend albums to other people just from the click of a button. I thought it was cool, but I didn't think too much of it. Then, while admiring my masterpiece of a profile, I realized that people actually recommended me albums. I don't know how I didn't think people would recommend me stuff, but here we are. Then this gave me an ... read more
Original Review: Great production and better songwriting. Much more serious and shows people that bands can evolve.
We making it in the trenches with this one
Twenty One Pilots. What can I say about them? Whether you love them or not, Twenty One Pilots are one of the most iconic bands of all time, and if you were born in the 2000s like me, then they were basically a part of your life. They were everywhere, and almost everyone I talked to knew about them. They were on the radio all the time, ... read more
Baby girl, let me be the Daddy to your home 🤤
After really enjoying St. Vincent's recent album, All Born Screaming, I was hungry for some more Vincent, so I decided to check out one of her more beloved albums: Daddy's Home. With this album, St. Vincent made me realize something. I thought I understood her entire sound and knew what I was getting into, but apparently, I didn't. While Daddy's Home is entirely different from All Born Screaming, it definitely does have a different vibe. To put ... read more
