Some great bleeps and bloops. Overall a fun little EP with lots of potential. Reminds me of flylo at times. Also, glad the Melanie stans reviews got taken down.
Wow, I'm blown away. This album feels twisted and extremely dark with the lyrics sounding as cryptic as the music. I've always loved albums that throw ideas at you repeatedly and on this, almost all of the ideas stick. The short tracks and lo-fi recording create an strange, very psychedelic atmosphere that I love. An extremely entertaining listening experience overall.
Maybe the middest album of all time. The production is very outdated on this making some songs that rely on feeling floaty just sound generic and underwhelming. However, there are some songs on this that I can't help but love like One Slip and Learning to Fly and I, at least, mildly like most of the other tracks. Overall, if you want David Gilmour's Pink Floyd, the Division Bell is better.
It's very pleasant, but I can't understand why people love it this much. Some of the tracks on this are incredible, but the completely unintelligible lyrics make the less sonically interesting tracks kinda boring. I also can't seem to connect to much of it emotionally which I find myself doing on my favourite dream-pop albums. I'll probably come back to this later, realise I'm an idiot and give it a 9. It's already growing on me after I've listened to it a few more times. Edit: I was right lmao
