This album is so much better than in the court of the crimson king. Like, that's a good album and all, but the guitar and drumming on this is so absurdly good, it's not even funny. Red and Providence are really good instrumental tracks, Fallen angel and one more red nightmare are absolute bangers in every meaning of the word, and starless is both awesome as fuck and beautiful at the same time

This isn’t THE worst thing I’ve heard in my life, but this song actively pisses me off the more I hear it. I don’t entirely agree with the take of “old thing good new thing bad” but I’m not surprised people think that given that this is topping the billboard charts and is one of the most generic and thoughtless songs imaginable

pretty cool. Undeniably impressive and groundbreaking, and i'm sure it will click with me the more I listen to it, but for now, I only see it as pretty decent

Tbh, this album is kinda the textbook definition of a decent album and nothing else. Probably won’t find myself listening to this again, though. Also, this album cover is shit
