Please give this album a shot even if you are weary or dislike the sounds of Vocaloids!
I initially forgot to write a rating for this since its so hard to my feelings about this album and Wowaka ingeneral. Its a truly gorgeous album that will probably never be topped in the vocaloid scene imo. The album is insane from front to back, every song is a homerun and won't give you time to breathe. From the guitars, to the great sounds of Electropop and Shoegaze that are sprinkled in it all ... read more
A pretty okay album. Not that it's bad, but it's just not interesting enough to me that I can hold it to a higher regard. It plays things pretty safe, only going "hard" or "far" with its sound by the end of the album and a few standouts. But by then, it's already too late. Maybe others will see more than what I did. But outside of L.U.C.K.Y, I Like It Like That and the last 3 tracks, I'm pretty meh'd on the album.
Not to say its a bad album, it ... read more
Maybe the memes rotted my brain, but Can I Get That would have genuinely been the funnier, and better choice for the "shit" song on this album. LIKE ROW YOUR BOAT NURSERY RHYME??? We're going to hell.
This Album kinda makes me feel disappointed in general tho, I found it pretty inconsistent quality wise. It especially trips by the end, like wow đ
Probably the single best K-POP project I've listened to. Every song here for the most part is a gorgeous blend of genres that shows off NMIXX's sound change gimmick very well. I hope they keep trending this way, every song is beautiful and managed to blow me away one way or another (aside IDESERVEIT). In general I think this blend of chillwave and Art Pop compliments their voices perfectly. Their singing in every aspect is eerily beautiful, especially on Heavy Serenade and LOUD.

Listening to this album years after release and especially after BRAT is a very enlightening experience. The production and sound here is turned up to 11. Never really giving your ears a chance to rest outside of Party 4 U.
Strong and loud electronic synths plague this album in the best way possible. Combined with the occassional industrial breaks and heavy bubblegum bass influence, creates a truly once in a lifetime eargasm. Then there's the heavily touched up, robotic vocals that rip ... read more
Illit's 4th EP is all over the place to be fra k. Most of these songs work fine independently from each other atleast. It has some highlights. And one majorly low moment that makes me question the higher ups at Hybe.
GRWM is a cute song that fits their concept well, but it's just Newjeans Nachos. Like to the point it sounds like a Newjeans song down to the drum and bass. Especially as the lead track, it really doesn't help the Newjeans replacement situation. Luckily, I love this ... read more
