i didnt like his previous record so i wasnt expecting much, but this was sweet :)
i'll probably write a proper review once i collect all of my thoughts on the album, and maybe then i'll be able to explain why their music is so special, but yeah, that is another masterpiece from yeule
fuck this shit
i dont give a fuck, this vocals are so bad, he sounds like a fucking bored british hobo johnson impersonator, its so monotone and has no emotion at all. the instrumentals are probably fine?, but jesus, how the fuck can you sound so uninterested in your own music
the production is great, and i wanted to like it, but i just found it kinda boring and one-note, like every song has the same fucking disco inspired beat and his vocal delivery doesn't really change at all, so yeah
the tyler track is great tho
ngl, wasnt expecting to like this so much, the instrumentals are really simple, but her voice is great and the lyrics about racism are very thoughtful, great project overall
not sure why theres the same song twice but oh well
I had so much fun hearing that record for the fist time, even though I didn't like a fair amount of tracks, I still was laughing of the absurdity. Don't think I'll be hearing the whole project anytime soon, but there are some highlights like the umru and the black dresses remix. it's a fun project what can I say.
Hmmm... Not quite sure of my rating in this. While it features some of my favorite songs in all of their discography in the first half, I really don't care about most songs in the second half, although they're not bad.
Favorite Tracks: I Just Loved You, We'll Be Together, I Don't Know and I Don't Want to Know, Comet, I Thought We Were Lovers
It's great! but not quite as good as his previous 2 releases, Snö and L'été, overall it's more inconsistent, but it has some of my favorite Snail House songs like Stray Cat, Floret, and Medicine. And he does use some vocals on Floret and Medicine that i think turned out great.
Another great album from the master Ujico. I see this as kind of a sister project to his previous LP Snö, featuring similar cutesy production quality while keeping it fresh with a summery feel in oposition to the wintery feel of Snö, like in the cicadas in the background of Sunflower and See You Tomorrow or in the wind chimes of the same track.
MC Igu proves himself in his first solo LP Subliminar, after establishing himself in the forefront of the brazilian trap scene with the popular group Recayd Mob.
In general, it's a great album with some bangers and some okay tracks, but he also experiments with new sounds, especially with some japanese inspired beats and iconography, giving a nod to his native country, while still keeping the influences from other genres like Funk and Rap.

This is definitely their best record from what I've listened, and it features some of my favorite songs from them like Interlude: Shadow, Black Swan, Filter, and UGH!. But that's about it, it still has some generic songs and it feels so long. In general, not bad
oh, that Sia feature is so underwhelming, when a friend told me about it i was really excited, at least give her a bridge or an outro for god's sake
YUNG LIXO's first LP is... interesting. It feels like Tyler's Bastard but brazilian, trap inspired, not that offensive, and with much worse production.
The comedy is clearly the focus here, and it's pretty good. However, the production and flows are really bad, intentionally for comedic effect, but it makes it hard to enjoy after the first time and it's not at all needed for making a good comedy rap album, as he'll prove later in his career with tracks like Vans Preto and Coca Zero.
My first album from Ujico and the sister project to L'été. This album feels like going for a walk in the cold or curling up in a blanket (these are pretty different feelings, but i think both work here). The production is great and cutesy, and atmospherically it's a wonderful journey
why the mix in this is so bad?? it feels like i'm playing some instrumental music and there's a guy in the back of the recording room talking to himself.
His voice is so emotionless, definitely a huge improvement in Ballads 1
