Storyline and listening experience makes this a great album. But when listening to individual tracks, some kind of fall apart without the context given in the album. Either way, the album is great and brings many themes and good tunes.

Luiz Bonfa's work in Solo In Rio is immaculate. Some amazing bossa nova with his calm voice pairs up amazing. Such a great experience.

Daft Punk's Discovery is one of, if not the most influential House and Dance album. It contains the best use of samples bringing so much high, exciting moments but also relaxing. Every time i listen to the album, it is a amazing and stellar experience. Every song is a masterpiece in its own ways. Truly perfect
I found Classical Current from Nujabes that sample one of the tracks and im very grateful i discovered it. Such beautiful and great level of orchestral bossa nova. With each track bringing such emotion by the strings.
I wish i could listen to this album like it was my first listen again. The discovery of Gustavo Cerati to me was so influential and i thank this album. The first half of the album is amazing song after amazing song. He mixes so many sounds and clashes his rock roots from Soda Stereo to the electronic sound coming at the end of the 90's. Every song is a great experience and fits a lot of moods.
Songs in the Key of Life is a quintessential album to listen to before you die. Stevie Wonder gives so many genres of the world and his voice is literally brought from heaven. Soul at its best.
Joao Gilberto brings some of the most well curated bossa nova. The arrangement of strings throughout all the songs are so beautiful. And Joao smoothes through all the tracks singing various languages
