This is incredible still. They are kinda hit or miss for me but they nailed this.
This is much better live than the album. its still pretty good but the theme hits better live.
This feels like buckshot. Banger after banger and could be twice as long without feeling stale.
Edit: 79 -> 85
Dated but I am glad they kept it going because they would become one of my favourite bands.
Edit: 78 -> 66
Not my favourite TAS album but there are bangers on this (Bitter Pill and Model Citizen). Can be edgy but it comes with the genre.
Pariah is a permanent banger. Whole album is killer but that is a massive standout still.

Is Stop That Train about him being pegged? I am so confused but good for him to experiment I guess. The main thing that I hate about this album is that he refuses to just let him being white be a background thing. As someone who is NOT of THE culture of hip-hop anyway (let alone being black) it feels offensive. This is why people like Aesop Rock or Mac Miller are beloved/respected within the culture but people like Ice aren't. This does not feel like hip-hop, its something ... read more

I think I like the writing on this one more than on It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back but the production on that album is better.

You can suck your own what?? Genuinely aside from that bar this album is unlistenable levels of boring. It is really hard to actively listen to.
Solid metalcore album that I forgot about and will soon forget again part 28
Very good production (duh its Madlib) that is up there with Donuts for best instrumental hip hop album.
Immense talent and immense potential. Her confidence is palpable I hope she becomes the superstar she can be.
Its not as bad as some people have said but I cant wait to forget about this. Bro seems to have vocal potential but needs to learn to relax a bit.
Just realized I havent reviewed this @.@
I really really love Blossom and Cocoon like a lot. As an album its not near as good as Sadnecessary but the highlights are just as good as Stolen Dance. Brings me back to summers during high school. Milky Chance just has a vibe that I am still addicted to.
Damn near flawless record. Heavy both in sound and emotions.
Edit: 88 -> 96
A step back but still sticks to their sound (even if some say it's generic) that I am so attached to.
Still love this album a lot.i honestly think that they are one of the most underrated bands of the 2010s.
